Organising your Event

With our expert team, events can be tailor-made to any size of group in almost any location and with almost any activity. Whenever possible we encourage and support the participation of people of all abilities. We also encourage and support the close consideration of environmental and social impact of an event and facilitate a more sustainable approach whenever possible. We appreciate that to make such events a great success attention to detail is a crucial skill.

• An event manager throughout to oversee logistical management

• A comprehensive staff team including guides and doctors

• Locations management

• Full route/activity management including staff, equipment, safety, support and signage

• Continuous and conscientious safety assessment

• Full radio communications network

• All safety and event equipment either directly or from a supplier

What we provide after the event

It is important to note that the above lists are in no way fixed in stone. Across the Divide and the customer will need to work in close communications to ensure that the customer gets the exact service they require. We endeavour to make the event successful both as an experience for the participants and as a success for the customer.
All events are bespoke in design fitting with the charity. We are proud to work with great flexibility and enthusiasm.
