Across the Divide a quick email to thank you and your team for all your
hard work over the last year. Cancer Research UK has had a fantastic fundraising
year in 2003 - 04 and International Treks and have raised £1.5million
- doubling our income from 2002 - 03. We have also significantly improved
the cost ratio on the events meaning that for the first time ever more
than two thirds of the money raised from the treks goes to fund cancer
research and not cover costs of operating the events. Thank you for Across
the Divide's efforts in maintaining low tour costs wherever possible which
has enabled us to achieve these low cost ratios - it really does help

I look forward to continuing to work together over the next year - we have an even higher budget (of course!) and are aiming to raise £2million from the treks. The treks organised by Across the Divide will make a significant contribution to this target and I'm sure we'll achieve these targets and more! |
